  • Condition: Great vintage condition thimble.The inside features a makers mark of unknown provenance. It appears like "M V D" and "STERLING." But I am not quite certain. I am unsure of the date, though I suspect it is from 1890s-1920s.

    Description

    Vintage Sterling Silver Thimble with Size "7" Stamped on outside. The inside of thimble is stamped with Makers mark - Possbly reading "M V D" but I am not certain. It also bears "STERLING" stamp inside.  I don't know much else about this except that it is quite old. I suspect it is 1890s-1920s based on some context clues when I acquired it, but I am not certain. It weighs 3.66 g. Shipped in bubble wrap using USPS First Class Package < 4oz.
